What RUMI runs on Sofra

Not a pilot, not a subset — the restaurant's daily service runs on the platform:

  • QR menus & online ordering

Guests scan at the table or order online — photos, allergens, customizations.

  • Live order boards

Kitchen, cashier and servers each follow orders on their own live screen.

  • Table reservations

Online booking with table planning and working hours; the team approves with a tap.

  • Loyalty points

Fidelity points and per-group discount rules keep regulars coming back.

  • Kitchen ticket printing

Orders print on network thermal printers — exactly at the stations where they're needed.

Ten languages at one table

Geneva is an international city, and RUMI's menu meets it: guests browse and order in English, French, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Turkish, Arabic, Russian or Chinese — same menu, same kitchen.

The infrastructure behind it

RUMI runs on infrastructure hosted in the EU and operated by Sofra — in production since June 29, 2026, monitored around the clock, with nightly backups. The restaurant runs its service; we keep the plates spinning.

Where are the numbers?

We publish only figures we can stand behind. Detailed service statistics from RUMI will appear here once we can share them properly — until then, open the live menu and judge the product the honest way.
