Guest-facing flows live at RUMI
RUMI's public menu and table-reservation pages are live on SofraPiwas. This case describes those guest-facing flows; staff tools and physical hardware are configured and verified separately.
Live menu and online ordering
Guests can browse RUMI's current menu, see item details and CHF prices, add dishes to the cart and place an online order.
Table reservations
Guests can choose table(s), party size, date and time and submit a reservation through RUMI's public page.
Ten interface languages; menu coverage varies
SofraPiwas offers guest-interface options in English, French, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Turkish, Arabic, Russian and Chinese. RUMI's currently published menu is only partly translated; it is not a complete ten-language catalogue. Restaurants should check item names, descriptions and options in each language before publishing it.
The infrastructure behind it
RUMI runs on infrastructure hosted in the EU and operated by SofraPiwas — in production since June 29, 2026, monitored around the clock, with nightly backups. The restaurant runs its service; we keep the plates spinning.

We publish only figures we can stand behind. Detailed service statistics from RUMI will appear here once we can share them properly — until then, open the live menu and judge the product the honest way.
